Skegness Indoor Bowls Club Privacy Notice

1. Who we are We are Skegness Indoor Bowls Club, located at Wainfleet Road, Skegness, PE25 2EL. For the purposes of data protection, the Club Committee is the "Controller" of your personal data.

2. What data we collect We collect only the information necessary to run the club, including:

Name and address

Phone number and email address

Date of birth (for age-related competitions)

Emergency contact details

Relevant medical information (optional, for your safety on the green)

3. Why we collect it We use this data to:

Administer your membership and collect fees.

Communicate match fixtures, meeting dates, and club news.

Register you with our governing body, the English Bowling Association, for insurance and competition eligibility.

4. Who sees your data Your data is stored securely by the Club Secretary and Treasurer.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We share limited data (Name/DOB) with the English Bowling Association for affiliation purposes.

Member phone numbers are not displayed in the clubhouse fixture book (without your consent).

5. Your Rights You have the right to ask to see the data we hold on you or to ask us to delete it if you leave the club. Please contact the secretary for any requests.
